Do any of you use bittorrent? How hard is it to find files on there? I'm currently using Limewire but it always takes a lot of time and effort to really find what I'm looking for.

Wondering which program you use and how well does it work?

I'm using Limewire Pro 4.12. It's decent, no problems as of yet. I used bittorrent a while back and found fakes pretty often. I have yet to find something that I'm completely satisfied with.

I used to use Limewire, but It has alot of spyware/adware. Torrents (In my opinion) are the best. www.torrentz.com is a search engine that finds torrents from all websites. Also there is a P2P program called Bear Share Lite, its also pretty good. www.bearshare.com/lite/ However Torrentz.com is safer, and better quality stuff.


Also BitComet is a torrent program which works really good. Just thought you guys would like to know. http://www.bitcomet.com/doc/download.htm

People in the U.S. are getting sued for using these programs. #wink

I've used a few BitTorrent programs, but have found Azureus to be the fastest and easiest to use...

I'm using the built in torrentz search in Firefox along with Bitcomet. Seems to work pretty well, no complaints so far.

i'm using aeros which is ok it keeps disconnecting on me i used to use morpehus but now they won't allow u to download anything that's not legal ...i heard bearshare had allot of spyware in it which was one of the reasons y i didn't download it o yah and i had basic limewire a while ago and it was hard to find exactly what i wanted...and i guess thats it

Torrents are good for TV episodes. I find fakes or mislabelings on torrents and limewire though. I think you can find MORE things on torrents than you can on limewire though, but limewire is definetly much faster. Torrent programs are notorious for going slow, and have a ton of firewall issues to conquer over. If you can find it on limewire, get it there.. Otherwise torrents much better!
