My eye specialist recommended I undergo LASIK surgery due to the vision problems I'm experiencing. At the same time, I've to visit my dentist to fix a couple of teeth. I wonder are these procedures connected in any way? I mean would one affect another? Should I take a considerable amount of time between both procedures? I live in Canada.

Well, I don't think they're connected or related to one another. Neither do I think they could affect each other. You wouldn't have to take a considerable amount of time between both procedures but a little time. You'd have to do LASIK first if that is an emergency or fix your teeth first if that is more exigent. It just depends on your need. If you're struggling with your vision, a great deal, well then, I'd like to suggest that you shouldn't delay undergoing LASIK. I'd LASIK about 4 years back and my vision has improved a lot since then. At the time of doing LASIK, I thought I should've had this done earlier. Regarding my teeth, they're almost fine all time. I try to maintain them healthily.
