hi, a first year student from jsmu here
the building looks old from outside, but its very different on the inside, lecture halls are air conditioned (newly renovated some of them), very clean, many cafeterias/ canteens, 2 libraries, i think both or one airconditioned. overall everything is nice. most bathrooms are average clean, except the cafeteria one.
the bad things? everyone comes to the same courtyard area since there isnt any other place to go, but in my opinion its a nice thing since it feels very alive, but maybe after corona times it will be very crowded,
there are no courts for sports, theres just one hoop in the courtyard area. ppl do play all kinds of sports there though.
academically, we're having online classes with physical labs once a week, lectures are recorded. patient exposure according to seniors is great
overall good uni, comparable to dow.

hello! I hope you're well. just wanted to know if you're an overseas student at jsmu or know any overseas student? and do you live in the university hostel? how would you compare jsmu to dow, specifically the international ojha campus? a little confused between the two rn
