Post-Graduate Clinical Opportunity for Residency Applicants
An excellent opportunity for medical school graduates looking to strengthen their application and remain active in a clinical setting while awaiting match into residency.
The program allows the selected candidate:

• Expansion of clinical acumen and preparation for upcoming residency through daily patient rounds
• Direct experience working with attending physicians, observing procedures, reviewing a variety of clinical pathology, and discussing patient plan of care
• Opportunity to network with other physicians who are leaders in the community and affiliated with residency programs
• Paid position to help cover basic expenses
• Flexible hours
• Opportunity for a letter of recommendation from department chairs
• Attending physicians to review candidate’s residency application and help identify opportunities to further strengthen and diversify

For the past years, previous candidates have been successful in matriculating into California residencies of their choice. Position is based in Los Angeles, CA; requires 9 months minimum commitment.
