You tour the campus and the hospital.Govt orientations consist of a stall from the college book shop on the college lawn, maybe if your lucky a few drinks, and then a few teachers giving speeches in the auditorium about how great your college is. After that your on your own.

They will take you in the anatomy lecture hall, and have a short q&a. Over here is where they also ask if there are any foreign students in the class.
You take your group glass photo ( i missed mine because i was still in the states).
They have ice-breaker events which allows you to get to know your class mates.
Since KE does not have a college book shop, the local book shops come and hand out pamphlets with a book list for first year.
If lucky the VC give a small intro speech.
Other than that, this is pretty much it at KE.
