I am being offered admission in UHS affiliated institution while i have also received admission from UCMD which should i chose please help

That's what my dilemma is, the fact that UCMD is not affiliated with UHS is the biggest red flag ever, as all private medical colleges must be affiliated with UHS in Punjab otherwise the degree is useless.

No, you do not need to be affiliated with UHS at all.
While there are better institutions than UCMD, their MBBS degree is 100 percent valid in Pakistan, and the world for that matter if you plan on sitting for USMLE or PLAB.
