I have an aggregate of 76 after MDCAT 2022. Is it enough to secure admission to any private dental college?

Depends on the college you are applying to. for nums private dental colleges, the aggregate is independent of mdcat and depends on nums test, and their merit is going to be higher. If you are applying for a local student seat at shifa, 76 will still be difficult. (For foreign/dual national student ,it may work). Difficult for riphah too. But yes, there are private colleges where u can get admission in bds with 76%
