A 65y man with progressive SOB for two years. No hx of hemoptysis and minimal sputum production. On examination: cyanosed, clubbing and bibasal fine crepitations. Chest X-ray and ECG normal. Most likely DX:
a) Pulmonary TB
b) Chronic Bronchitis
c) Fibrosing alveolitis
e) Sarcoidosis
